You introduce yourself and your quest. The stranger never turns to look at you, but they are clearly listening intently. They turn out to be quite the character, though despite all the chat you rather can't tell what kind of character.

Eventually you sit down next to the cloaked angler and the two of you talk for what must be hours. It feels good to be honest and open with someone who has no stake in your life. In exchange, you learn all kinds of tricks for catching fish. Clearly your new friend is very experienced!
